I first approached Charlie in early 2015 with the concept of the new Helium exploration project in Africa. Charlie was immediately on board and shared our vision and passion to build a new company in this frontier resources play. Within 3 months of our first meeting we had structured the deal and completed our first funding round and secured the exploration licences. Charlie is a core part of the coporate team and provides excellent corporate support and access to the UK capital markets. Thomas Abraham-James, CEO and Co-foudner of Helium One Ltd

Charlie played a pivotal role in our acquisition of the Yanfolila project from Goldfields Limited. His personal input and agile approach at all stages of the due diligence, tender and final negotiation process was central to the successful completion of the deal. Daniel Betts, CEO Hummingbird Resources plc

Whilst well aware that this was not their usual space, Ainslie Capital was able to effect critical introductions leading directly to initial seed investment for our luxury publishing project. With our first publication - a three volume Limited Edition retrospective of the great war photographer Don McCullin's lifetime's work - almost 50% pre-sold prior to its formal launch, we couldn't be more grateful to the always diligent and always inspiring Charlie Wood for helping us to get the venture off the ground.
